26,500 m² of exhibition space in 2025, up from 25,000 in 2024: this is the show that occupies the largest footprint at the Palais among all Cannes autumn events. All official networking events take place at Carlton Beach.

The most structured Cannes show when it comes to evenings, because the organiser centralises and funds the social programme at Carlton Beach: Opening Cocktail on Sunday at 7 PM (2,833 attendees in 2025), TFWA Lounge on Monday and Tuesday in two sessions (6:30–9 PM then 10 PM–1 AM), Phenomena Club on Wednesday 10 PM–2 AM (2,893 attendees). That centralisation reduces — without eliminating — exhibitors' incentive to privatise third-party venues: brands run their private client dinners beforehand, in the 7–10 PM slot. It is also the last week when the Croisette private beaches operate at full tilt.
The 7–10 PM slot is TFWA's real market: between the show closing and the TFWA Lounge, brands need somewhere to entertain their buyers. A dinner for 25 buyers at Loka, eight minutes from the Palais, served in an hour and a half, then back to Carlton Beach on foot or by car — that is exactly the format that works. Extreme and prolonged pressure — five full days, with arrivals from Saturday, making it the longest of the big Cannes shows. With the Carlton fully committed, the other palaces and the 3/4-star hotels behind the Croisette are full 9–12 months ahead. Accommodation partner: b network.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
