The official programme includes a welcome dinner and a closing dinner, both reserved for exhibitors and senior decision-makers, plus pre-arranged business lunches. Hosted buyers stay in 5-star hotels where the networking happens. With two Weyou shows co-located on the same dates, the Cannes upper end is drained over those two nights even though November is low season.
A medical equipment or health IT supplier wanting to continue the conversation with ten or twenty decision-makers, outside the official dinners reserved for senior buyers: that is exactly Loka's format. Twenty to forty covers, eight minutes' walk from the Palais, in a pleasant but unostentatious setting — which matters in a sector where hospitality offered to health professionals is regulated. Moderate pressure, but the two co-located Weyou shows drain the upper end. Three months for a 5-star, six to eight weeks otherwise. ILTM arrives five days later: do not count on a lull.

Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
