The official programme is dense: welcome cocktail dinner on the 15th from 9:30 to 11:30 PM, business lunches on both days, and a gala dinner from 8:30 PM on the 17th. Important point: Wednesday the 16th is free in the evening — the natural window for private exhibitor dinners. The organiser explicitly says hosted buyers are housed on the Croisette and recommends staying there too, because most informal exchanges happen in the hotels' outdoor spaces.
Wednesday evening is the only free slot in the programme, and 300 decision-makers are all looking for something to do. A software vendor or agency gathering 25 prospects at Loka that night has far more room than in a Croisette hotel lobby where everyone bumps into everyone. High pressure: same Yachting Festival changeover as SilverEco, and hosted buyers pre-block the best Croisette hotels. Book 4–6 months ahead, and lock in Wednesday evening as soon as your dates are confirmed.

10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
