Red carpet on the steps facing the Croisette. TV logistics and outside-broadcast trucks at the Old Port and on the Pantiero. Artists and crews housed in the Croisette hotels.
Ceremony at 9:00 PM, live broadcast from 9:10 PM on TF1 and NRJ. Red carpet and artist arrivals in the late afternoon and early evening. Ceremony ends around 11:30 PM–midnight, afters follow.
No public ticketing: access by invitation only. Some seats are given away through NRJ competitions and by the City of Cannes for local residents.

A single evening, but very intense short-term pressure. Peak density between 5 and 9 PM — arrivals, red carpet, fans packed onto the Croisette —, a lull during the ceremony, then the after-party flow from 11:30 PM. The after market is documented: several Cannes venues explicitly sell “After NRJ Music Awards” nights. That is this event's clearest commercial slot. Note that 23 October 2026 is a Friday, the eve of the autumn half-term.
This is probably the most qualified night of the Cannes autumn for Loka. Two slots: the pre-ceremony dinner from 7 to 8:30 PM, and above all the after from 11:30 PM to 3 AM — except that service stops at 12:30 AM, so the realistic format is the label dinner or agency night that starts early and runs on. Eight minutes' walk from the Palais. The targets are labels, publicists and PR agencies, and they should be approached in mid-September, as soon as the nominees are announced. Strong but short pressure, over one or two nights, heavily concentrated on the Croisette 4- and 5-star hotels that the production blocks in advance. The rest of the Cannes stock stays available. Allow 6–8 weeks, but from July or August for a 5-star on the Croisette.
20 – 40 lokos
Signature cocktails, circulating latina finger food, DJ set. Two to three hours, standing format, ideal between the show closing and the official party.
10 – 25 lokos
Private table, three-course South American menu, mezcal tasting running through the evening. Served in ninety minutes if you have somewhere else to be.
40 – 70 lokos
The whole casa: bar, dining room and terrace. DJ set until 12:30 AM, optional cocktail workshop, your branding on site.
